I start problem first. Before choosing tools, I define what success looks like in measurable terms, map constraints, and identify the changes that impact.
If it runs daily, it should not depend on humans. I turn repeated work into scheduled workflows that validate outputs, generate reports, and surface issues early.
A system should explain itself. I build observability into the workflow with clear logging, validation checks, and outputs that make failures obvious and recoverable.
I build for change. I keep systems modular, interfaces clean, and handoffs easy, so a project can evolve without needing a rewrite every time requirements shift.
